Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, and you can pay cash on delivery.

How long it takes

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Multan, Peshawar — 2 to 3 working days
Everywhere else in Pakistan — 4 to 6 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 4pm are processed the next working day. Delivery can take longer during Eid, on public holidays, and in bad weather.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free, anywhere in Pakistan. The price you see on the product page is the price you hand the courier. Nothing is added at checkout and there is nothing extra at the door.

Ordering two or more wallets? They ship in one parcel, and delivery is still free.

We will call before we send it

We ring every customer to confirm the order and the address before the parcel leaves us. It takes a minute and it stops parcels going to the wrong place.

If we cannot reach you after three attempts across two days, we cancel the order. Nothing is charged — you only ever pay when the parcel is in your hand.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp when the parcel is dispatched.

If you are not there

Our courier will attempt delivery, and will normally try again. After the final attempt the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled.

Please only order if you intend to accept and pay for the parcel. Refused deliveries cost us the freight both ways. We reserve the right to stop offering cash on delivery to numbers that repeatedly refuse parcels, and to ask for advance payment instead.
