Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with BoldHorn. Placing an order means you accept them.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable tax. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price shown when you order is the price we honour.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp and dispatch the parcel. We may decline an order — for example if stock has run out, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.

The products

Most of our wallets are made from Crazy Horse leather, a waxed full-grain hide; The Saddle is made from finished leather. Each product page states which. Colour, grain and markings vary from piece to piece, and photographs on this site are of representative examples. The wallet you receive will not be identical to the photograph, and will change further with use. Measurements are approximate and are given to the nearest half centimetre.

Set out in our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Warranty

We do not offer a formal warranty period. Your protection is the 7 day return window, and our obligations under Pakistani consumer law, which these terms do not limit.

Our content

The BoldHorn name, the horn mark, and the photography and text on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering a product that matches its description. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under Pakistani law.
